The January 2013 Otter-Threat Level for the pacific Northwest is at “brown-patched-tabby,” or “High Risk of Otter Attacks”. The winter months coincide with a rise in otter transgressions, as the cold, lonely and frustrated Lutrinae seek out victims to gratify their lust, thinking only of their own short-lived pleasure.
